Team Spirit

Kevin Homann

Kevin obtained his B. Acc through the University of the Witwatersrand in 1993 and qualified as a C.A. (S.A.) in 1996 with Arthur Andersen, later becoming a founding member of their Global Corporate Finance division. Kevin went on to join Cadiz Holdings Limited just prior to its JSE listing, where he specialised in structuring private equity investments and advising on corporate and structured finance transactions. Kevin is a founding member of Spirit Capital, overseeing its investment portfolio and is joint head of corporate finance.

Darryl Horney

Darryl obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Sciences through UNISA in 1997 and qualified as a C.A. (S.A.) with Simon, Hurwitz Inc. in 1998, and was appointed as a partner in 1999. In 2000 Darryl was appointed as financial and business development manager at Terexko Limited where he assumed responsibility for financial accounting and deal structuring. Darryl is a founding member of Spirit Capital, head of group finance, joint head of corporate finance and oversees Spirit’s investment portfolio.
